Setting framework for driving our quality programs to create sustainable culture for continual improvement
Due to the desire to ensure our operations are fool proof and our processes are continually improved upon, Lords Healthcare Limited took the decision to put in place a Quality Management System following on the ISO model. After a laborious three years, we are honoured to announce that our efforts materialized. We were QMS certified in March 2012 and this formed the platform for our continuous improvement aimed at exceeding our customer’s expectations.We are currently certified by Bureauveritas and all our operations are guided by the ISO QMS 9001:2015 Standard. Our quality policy benchmarks industry best practices and is derived from the review of our company goals, vision and mission.
To this end, we are also in the process of instituting adequate measures to ensure that our suppliers also meet and surpass the regulatory and quality requirements to maintain the ISO Standards threshold.
